For Survision, corporate responsibility is not separate from the way we design and manufacture our technology. It is built into the decisions we make about where we operate, who we work with, how we treat our teams, and the standards we hold ourselves to: environmental, social, and ethical.
Our industrial footprint
Our industrial footprint is intentionally distributed across Europe and North America, with teams and partners contributing to engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, and customer support.

Our network also extends across Europe, including mechanical components produced in Italy's Veneto region, processing boards manufactured in Wales, LEDs sourced from Regensburg, Germany, and supporting systems in Belgium.

Together, this means approximately 90% of Survision's value is created within the countries and regions where our technology is sold and deployed.
Building closer creates greater resilience
For us, resilience is not only about preparing for disruption. It is about designing an industrial model capable of continuing through it.
Local manufacturing supports technological sovereignty

Our North American manufacturing footprint also supports the requirements of customers seeking NDAA-compliant vehicle identification technology. In Europe, the same approach contributes to the growing focus on supply-chain security, cybersecurity, and operational resilience under frameworks such as the NIS2 Directive for connected and critical infrastructure.
This principle extends beyond hardware to how we handle data. Wherever possible, we favor European infrastructure providers for hosting and processing, reducing our exposure to extraterritorial legislation and reinforcing the same sovereignty logic that guides our manufacturing choices.
Shorter supply chains, smaller footprint

- We favor sea freight over air freight for international shipments whenever feasible, reducing the emissions associated with long-distance transport.
- We prioritize collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers located close to our Angers (France) engineering site, limiting transportation-related environmental impact in hardware design and industrialization.
- We actively participate in a collective system for recycling electronic components under the WEEE scheme (ECOSYSTEM, contract 45008227).
- Our packaging materials consist of recyclable components or those sourced from recycling channels.
- We comply with the most stringent standards for electronic components, including REACH and RoHS.
- Our products undergo certification processes required in Europe and North America - including electromagnetic compatibility, electrical safety, and photobiological safety- giving our customers confidence in their quality and safety.
Committed to our people
We are constantly looking for efficient yet humane work practices. We offer flexible hours and provide employment contracts tailored to the particularities of each employee. We have also introduced profit-sharing initiatives, enabling our teams to benefit directly from the company's success.

Following our management buyout in December 2025, this commitment now extends to ownership itself. A quarter of Survision's employees are shareholders in the company, giving them a direct stake in the results of the work we build together.
Our teams are also multicultural by nature, just as the markets we serve are. Survision brings together 15 nationalities, a diversity that mirrors the international reach of our technology and strengthens how we understand and serve our customers around the world.
Creating opportunity through responsible partnerships
These partnerships are based on a simple principle: the way a company operates can create value beyond the product itself. By working with organizations that prioritize inclusive employment, Survision can support a more accessible workforce while maintaining the quality and operational standards our customers expect.
Ethical conduct and governance
We are committed to never engaging in or supporting any form of corruption, and we minimize interactions with countries that disregard fundamental human rights. We advocate for respecting minorities' and women's rights, the right to education, freedom of expression, and free elections. This commitment ensures that our partnerships, wherever in the world they take us, align with our values.
Real operations. Real accountability
Build closer. Treat people fairly. Maintain control. Reduce unnecessary dependencies. And create vehicle identification technology that customers can rely on over the long term.
